Rob Johnson

It’s no secret that Rob Johnson is a key ingredient in our recipe for Food & Beverage (F&B) sourcing success. A hospitality supply chain management expert celebrating 42 years with Hilton in June, Rob helps properties maintain a competitive edge in their markets by delivering superior value in F&B procurement.

Rob oversees our multinational category strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, managing distribution channels and executing sourcing events to cook up the right pricing on the right products. He and his team source a wide range of products worldwide with best-in-class pricing on quality meat, seafood, produce, dry, frozen and baked goods, and kitchen equipment. Recent successes include the Rain Bottling Co. agreement, providing a cost-effective, aluminum alternative to single-use plastic bottled water, and the launch of Hampton by Hilton’s limited time offer waffles line—featuring dynamic flavors like birthday cake, lemon, and the standout sparkling strawberry waffle collaboration with Paris Hilton.

When he isn’t elevating our F&B profile with his seasoned expertise, Rob enjoys cooking, traveling, and experiencing new restaurants and cultures. He especially looks forward to his family’s annual adventure abroad, visiting relatives in Dublin before venturing out to explore other European destinations.
